DELIVERY TIMES

 

 

Please expect up to 4 - 6 weeks for an item to ship, as all of our goods are made by hand by us.  As crazy as it may seem, we do not call someone to make some more for us.  We actually go to the studio and crank out some more leather goods ourselves.  These times are estimates only and can vary.

If you are ordering something you need by a particular date, please let us know at the time of ordering. We will do our best to meet the date, but are ship times are estimates only.

Shipping within the contiguous United States 

USPS Priority        $6.00

Fed Ex Ground     $12.00

Fed Ex 2 Day        $20.00

All goods will be insured for their value during shipping.  Once an item has been delivered, we are not responsible for the goods thereafter.  If you need a signature required upon delivery, please inform us prior to shipment.  

Yes, we do ship anywhere in the world you might be in need of some quality, handmade leather goods.  Please fill in your info here and we can take it from there. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees.

 

RETURNS

 

We are very proud of the craftsmanship that goes into each Stowe Provisions piece. We want you to be as well.  If you any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of the goods, you can send it back for either a refund or an exchange.

Refunds must be postmarked 14 days after receipt and be sent prepaid.  We will not accept items sent COD.  Any goods returned after 14 days will be granted store credit, provided they meet the other requirements.

Items must be new, unworn condition with tags intact.

Packing slip required to be sent with the item. Please list the reason for the return on the invoice.  It is recommended you send via a trackable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and insure for the full value. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return from the time of the arrival to us.

Any SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS are final sale only. You may exchange for a different size if necessary in that exact item only, provided that size is still available in that style.

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

** NOTE ** Custom goods are not able to be returned.  If any item is defective for any reason, please see REPAIRS below.

 

REPAIRS

 

 

Our goods are built to last.  In the rare case they do not and an item is in need of repair, we will be happy to repair the.  If item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us by email and return within 14 days.  We will pay for shipping both from and return shipping to you.  

After 14 days, we will repair hardware, such as snaps, rivets, and buckles free of charge.  Customer pays shipping both ways.

Please keep in mind, leather will distress and change over time, therefore, we cannot guarantee the item against normal everyday wear and tear.

 

EXCHANGES

 

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Any CUSTOM or SALE / CLEARANCE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

A return shipping charge of $10 per item will apply for all exchanges, with the exception of defective items.

Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which item you would like to exchange for.  Please return the item using an insured carrier that provides tracking info (such as UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

GIFT CARDS

 

Stowe Provisions gift cards are available for purchase and have no expiration date. You may redeem them for any online purchase.

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash and are only accepted with Stowe Provisions purchases online.  Gift cards cannot be redeemed or returned for cash at any retailer selling Stowe Provisions goods.  If lost, stolen, or damaged, gift cards can be replaced only with the original receipt.

 

 

SALES TAX

 

We are required to collect sales tax on any orders shipped within a state which Stowe Provisions has a physical presence. Orders shipped within the state of Texas will be subject to sales tax of 6.25%.  No tax will be applied to orders shipped outside of TX.
